In this week’s episode, Angeline chats with non-fiction author Andre Garzia about his journey towards the publication of his fiction debut. They discuss:
- his very unusual route into publishing
- the difficulties of writing in a second language
- and his fearless approach to things that send other authors into a panic

Andre is a writer and software developer. He’s a hybrid author but favours self-publishing because owning your own platform is important and also because he secretly enjoys tinkering with ePubs.
Andre published many non-fiction books focused on computer programming, and has been featured in a couple of Science Fiction and Horror short story anthologies.
Andre is originally from Brazil but now lives in London with his wife and cats.
